What can you use for taking a bath when theres no soap and shampoo?

A bath? Olive oil I love.





A shower to CLEAN? Baking soda, maybe. Gets rid of oil and dead skin.

salt + body lotion= best body scrub ever! and for your hair if dry use a LITTLE bit of olive oil and rinse well, if greasy use lemon juice or baking soda and again rinse well.





or if your feeling lazy spritz on a little extra pefume or colonge and a little deoderant and nobody will notice
Oat meal is good to bath in or with, just depends how you used it, shower or a tub bath...





How to used oat meal so it wont clogged up your pipes is to add about a half of cup into a sock with no holes in them, tied a knot in the sock and toss it into the bath water, or you can just simply stand there under the shower fall and scrub with the loaded sock of oat meal.





Oat meal is amazing for it does three things: 1. softens your skin. 2. it actually cleans your skin 3. And brings relief for itchy skin





As for hair wash? a little bit of light olive oil with some water as a wash.





Oh yeah don't forget to rinse your self off well from both treatments.
Stock up on extra shower supplies (esp. good brands) when they are on sale, and this problem won't come up...however, if it does, then...hmmm....look up hair home remedies, cuz they can work quite well!

IDK...I'd reccomend getting soap or shampoo...or both. I guess you could use dishwashing soap, like Palmolive or something?
Good old fashioned water might help. Ah let me see. A little dish soap/shaving cream will help to give you that lather. Best of luck!
Go visit the neighbors then ask if you can use the bathroom then freshen up or get a bit of soap maybe they will not notice and if they do most will not say a thing
you can use body wash in the tube.
