What do Muslims have against soap, shampoo, toothpaste, tampons, and basic cleanliness?

Is it haram? What do Muslims have against soap, shampoo, toothpaste, tampons, and basic cleanliness?
Maybe because they still dwell in the ';Desert'; where The Living Water is scarce. What do Muslims have against soap, shampoo, toothpaste, tampons, and basic cleanliness?
We heard that now a days in Soap , Shampoo and in Toothpaste they are mixing pig's ingredients (i don't know what the procedure ) Being a Muslim we can not use those thing which contains pig fat or his stuff. (Now a days we are also watching on news about swine flu) its eye opener for everyone Report Abuse

Peace and blessings be upon you.

No ,not haram.

We use it.

At the era whenn the Islam was new on the arabic island, the people were recognizing that this person entered islam from his cleanliness.

(U became clean?! did u follow Mohammed's religion?).
You have just shown yourself to be either an idiot, or just plain ignorant. You might be able to form a logical argument against such religions if you simply educated yourself in their practices before commenting.
that's odd, we wash our hands, feet, face 5 times a day !

we wash after we use the bathroom,

we wash after ';ejaculating'; and the women after their monthly period,

so I can't really understand how can you ask such a question :(
what makes you ask? muslims wash before each prayer ,they wash after Intimate relations. they wash after using the bathroom. ??
No, never against cleanliness, we always have to be clean, as we pray 5 times a day and have to be utmost clean during prayers.
wth?! are you joking. Muslims are always clean and we do wadhuu like 5 times a day; so yeah we are really clean.

i think tampons are haram though.
They aren't haram. Muslims invented soap in the first place!

N we wash ourselves 5 times a day.
You = FAIL.
