My son has many skin patches on his body as a result of psoriasis how can the patches be erasedWhat is the best soap and shampoo for one with psoriasis?
The spots may never go away, but they can be decreased. Try taking him to the ocean. I know someone with psoriasis and that's what helps.

Psoriasis is an atypical allergic reaction. Treat it by eliminating his allergies through NAET. www.naet.com. My husband also had psoriasis, and when his allergies to Vitamin C and salt were treated, the dry itchy patches (on his back of all places -- couldn't even reach them to scratch!) just disappeared, literally overnight!
Try using a dandruff shampoo like head and shoulders and body wash that moisturizes your skin. You might also want to invest in a good quality lotion (we use gold bond in the white bottle for extremely dry skin). We took our daughter to a dermatologist who gave her creme for her eczema. We did this because we were afraid that her skin was going to permanently damaged.
